Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Services

Love Lens Creations provides wedding and event content creation services, including behind-the-scenes videography, social media content, and edited reels. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service contract.

Booking & Payment

To secure your date:

• A signed contract and 50% deposit are required
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and online payment
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing:

• 90+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
• 60-89 days before event: 50% refund
• Less than 60 days: No refund
• Rescheduling to a new date (if available) may be possible with no penalty

Delivery Timeline

We guarantee 24-hour delivery of all content unless otherwise specified in your contract. Delivery includes edited reels and raw footage via secure download link.

Usage Rights

Client Rights: You receive full personal usage rights for all delivered content. You may share on social media, with family, and for personal use.

Love Lens Rights: We retain the right to use content from your event for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

Third-Party Use: You may not sell or license our work to third parties without written permission.

Liability

While we take every precaution, we are not liable for equipment failure, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. We maintain backup equipment and insurance for your protection.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and timelines
• Inform venue of our presence and requirements
• Ensure we have access to necessary areas
• Provide meals if coverage exceeds 6 hours
• Respect our team and other vendors

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or emergencies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa.
